Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. Cable channels list was good. Kitchen had full size appliances which is not common in other extended stay hotels. Bathroom was clean. I fall in love with their lobby fragrance. Also , I arrived earlier than the check in time and front desk helped me to check in early without any issues. Staff was really helplful

Enjoyed the stay. The rooms are bigger than any other extended stay hotels in the area. Room was clean and smelled great. Front desk was very professional. I have stayed at this place in past and there is change in management now and new management is doing great job.

Great value for money Hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms had kitchen. Bigger rooms than usual extended stay hotels. Pool was closed for the season but looked really nice. They served hot coffee.

The staff was great and were very quick to respond if we needed anything - a plunger, toilet paper, etc. They specified they would not check our room except for once a week, so asking for those things we were out of was not an issue.

Diamond was exceedingly helpful. She is the Epitome of her name. She allowed me check in early after I was scammed out of my money from an air bnb place. She always friendly and cheerful every time I speak to her. She is the perfect person to have in customer facing/service for Extended Stay America. My room was clean and bug free!!!
