The staff was great and were very quick to respond if we needed anything - a plunger, toilet paper, etc. They specified they would not check our room except for once a week, so asking for those things we were out of was not an issue.

Diamond was exceedingly helpful. She is the Epitome of her name. She allowed me check in early after I was scammed out of my money from an air bnb place. She always friendly and cheerful every time I speak to her. She is the perfect person to have in customer facing/service for Extended Stay America. My room was clean and bug free!!!

The staff were super courteous, friendly and very helpful. My stay was absolutely wonderful, it was quiet, clean, and a really great environment! Considering everything I’ve been through it felt like home away from home, gave me the peace I needed to relax and get my life in order! Thanks for the hospitality! Special thanks to the staff!
